Limitless Fitness & Lifestyle LLC (37 Fairview Ave, Fl 1, Tuckahoe, NY 10707, USA), the business of Brian S. Ortega, operates briansortega.com and is responsible for your personal data. Questions about your privacy? Email coaching@briansortega.com.

Account data: name, email, phone, and password. Health & fitness data you provide: goals, health questionnaire (PAR-Q) answers, injuries, medications, biometrics (weight, body fat, measurements), and progress photos. Usage and device data, and cookies. Payment data is handled by Stripe — we never store your full card number.

To deliver and personalize your coaching, communicate with you, process payments, keep the service secure, and improve it. We do not sell your data.

Your health information and progress photos are sensitive. Photos are kept in private storage, accessible only to you and your coach, and are used solely to coach you. We never sell or publish them.

We share data only with the providers that run the service on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Neon and Vercel (database & hosting), and — only after you accept cookies — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (anonymized analytics). Each processes data under its own terms.

We use essential cookies for login and security. Analytics cookies load only after you accept them in our cookie banner — you can decline non-essential cookies and the site still works.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing coaching@briansortega.com. We will delete it unless we are required to keep certain records for legal or accounting reasons.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your data. U.S. residents (including California / CCPA): we do not sell your personal information.

Passwords are hashed, progress photos are stored privately, and payments run through PCI-compliant Stripe — your card data never touches our servers. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

The service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
